By using the Kasheef platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

Kasheef provides a marketplace for browsing, listing, and inquiring about real estate properties in Egypt. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings or information.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.

Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users.

Property Listings

Listings submitted by property owners are reviewed by the Kasheef team before publishing. Kasheef does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party listers and recommends independent verification before any transaction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Kasheef platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kasheef or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Kasheef acts as a platform connecting buyers, sellers, tenants, and property owners. Kasheef is not a party to any transaction between users and is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions conducted through or facilitated by the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Account Termination

Kasheef reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, at its sole discretion.

Modifications

Kasheef reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
